Weekend of Stillness
Fri, 12 Mar
|Bunda Pun Yara
Here there is nowhere you need to be, nothing you need to prove, and nothing you need to achieve. Whether you spend an hour in the sunshine, linger over a cup of tea, enjoy the warmth of the sauna, stretch gently in yoga, take a peaceful nap, or simply sit in silence. Just be...

About the event
This is your invitation to slow down.
To breathe more deeply.
To reconnect with yourself without deadlines, expectations, or judgement.
This retreat has been thoughtfully created as a gentle pause from the busyness of everyday life—a space where you can simply be. Whether you arrive feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply craving quiet, this weekend is yours to experience in whatever way feels right for you.
There is no expectation to participate in every activity. No pressure to socialise. No obligation to push yourself beyond what feels comfortable. You are warmly invited to join as much or as little as you choose. Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is give ourselves permission to rest.
Imagine yourself here...
